Signs That You Grew Up in Texas
Greetings, Vocal creators! We're going to talk about arguably the best state in this country. I'm talking about Texas and it's also my home state, in case you didn't know. Nicknamed The Lone Star State, it has over 31 million people as of 2024 and is the second largest in the country. Last year, I wrote a story about the things that I loved about Arlington, which is where I'm originally from and where I grew up. Some notable people from the 28th state include Matthew McConaughey, Nolan Ryan, Matthew Stafford, and Willie Nelson. You can read the full story by clicking the link down below. The following entries are not in any particular order.

Inspired Travels from Canada to Greece- A journey of food, family and togetherness
It was a cold winter´s day in December. More than 8000 km away, warmer temperatures touched the sands of Greece and all of its islands. As far apart as they felt, a local husband and wife team dedicated their time to making certain a connection to their roots was present and thriving in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Kids in the Hall
The Kids in the Hall is a Canadian comedy troupe who got wildly successful when they became famous with their own sketch show of the same name and backed by fellow Canadian and Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels. Nothing is off limits and nothing is taboo with them and they are known for doing skits in drag. The Kids in the Hall do a lot of sketches about office humour too and they are still together. Scot Thompson one of the troupe members is gay and so it made an avenue for comedy from the gay perspective. Honestly, I never saw anything like the Kids in the Hall before and i have been watching ever since it came on Comedy Central right after Dr. Katz Professional Therapist.

Q Zaka
at the local mall where I like to go there is a store that specializes in Japanese culture and Pop Culture as well as culture in general. There was a section that offered Japanese snack food such as pocky and a japanese soda. At the back of the store there is a section of anime dolls and also other merchandise associated with all of the shows that are sold there.
