This isn't a poem. This is a 444-word plea for assistance (+ venting). Okay. I fully admit I am overreacting. But I've fought to accomplish something for a solid 90 minutes+ and I'm at my wits end. I wrote a petition to Vocal, but I doubt they will respond for at least 48 hrs. And on this particular issue, I'm skeptical that when they finally do respond, they'll give precise instructions on how to overcome this. I will be happy and chagrined if I'm wrong.
