The Weight of a Feeling I Was Not Supposed to Have
I was walking my dog on a Saturday morning when the news arrived. A coalition of the United States and Israel had struck targets in Tehran. Among them: the office of Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Shortly after, his death was confirmed.

Racism vs Ethnism . Content Warning.
Charles spent his life researching biology. created a system King Philip Came Over For Green Spaghetti. at least that is how I remember it. its actually Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and Species. I reference Charles Darwin because he defined the ten fingered and ten toed person as the Homo Sapien; In laymen terms the Human Race. I asked myself as a Social Scientist why multiple races is embraced by the masses particularly in America. simply put its those that shape our perceptions through the our history as a country. we down play the victories of humanity like Emancipation, Scientific discoveries, and Government orders. Scientific discoveries like Hemoglobin that is found in every human being and a necessary fluid in the operating room. Charles Drew discovered Hemoglobin but need it from A "Whites only" hospital. Being of mixed "race" he did not get what he discovered because of his light beige skin complexion. former President Dwight Eisenhower ;because of situations like this decided to intergrate schools. Hence Government order to correct the failed policy of the south at that time. today we as African Americans have embraced Black as a defining factor which is what the fascist want. We have embraced the construct of racism which to exist requires mutiple races which is a falacy. there is only one race the Human Race the rest of our differences are a result of the varying Ethnicities of our Human Race. there are two main forms of Ethnicity. Physical Ethnicity and Social Ethnicity. In this piece i will address the structuring of the "race" paradigm and how we change the conversation.

These dreams aren't just figures of your imagination, but rather pointers to parts of yourself you don't always see during your busy day. From fears that held you back to hidden strengths that deep down you wish for, these dreams are an insight into your deeper self.

Enough
There is a strange addiction in looking back. We treat the past like a favorite old movie, replaying the scenes where we laughed, where we loved, and conveniently skipping the parts where we cried on the bathroom floor. We polish our memories until they shine like diamonds, forgetting that diamonds are born from immense pressure, not from nostalgia.
