Love The Skin You’re In

It’s there for as long as you’re you.

Love the Skin You’re In

Look in the mirror,

smile at who’s there,

every freckle, line,

curve and scar,

every part tells a story.

You are not a fault to fix,

you are a force,

a voice,

a spark that can’t be copied,

so let it shine.

Walk with your head up,

not for pride,

but for peace,

for knowing you’re enough,

exactly as you are.

No one else wears your soul,

your laughter,

your way of seeing the world.

That’s your power.

So breathe deep,

stand tall,

and love the skin you’re in
