Oh KARMA!
She has one task
What you put out, you’ll always get back.
It’s the universes way-
Be careful what you say
There is always a price to pay
Yes, sticks and stones
They could break bones
But karma… never fades away
It lingers deep in what you do,
Then circles back and finds you too.
A whispered lie, a careless sting,
Returns with sharper echoing.
It doesn’t shout, it doesn’t chase,
It waits its turn, it knows its place.
Then when you least expect the call,
It stands right there—you feel it all.
Oh KARMA!
It can come in many ways
A winter night; a summer day
It may come like pain-
The Spine in your back
Suddenly out of whack-
Or softer still, it finds a way,
In words you hear a stranger say.
A mirror held you can’t ignore,
Reflecting what you gave before.
It might arrive as something lost,
A bridge you burned, a friendship tossed
For karma moves through dark and light,
Through every wrong and every right.
Oh KARMA!
It shapes itself to fit the due,
Then lays it, steady, back on you.
No deed dissolves, no moment dies,
Instead it shifts, it multiplies.
Karma doesn’t rush or race,
it bends its path through time and space.
It doesn’t ask if you’re prepared,
if you have healed, if you have cared.
It simply comes, exact, precise,
a quiet echo of your life.
So when Karma knocks without a sound,
and all you’ve given turns around,
you’ll feel it settle, deep and warm—
or sharp and cold within its form.
Because what leaves is never gone,
it circles wide, then carries on—
until it finds its way to you,
reshaped, returned…
and always true.
What you put out, is what you receive
Karma doesn’t care what you believe

I especially love the line about the mirror! I was hiking with my daughter yesterday she was teasing me and I was literally just done telling her to watch out for karma and she walked right through a giant spider web 😆
