Shakira is very upset today. Last night, when he went to simon's friend's wedding to wear his hobby dress, he saw that the dress was not fitting at all. He hasn't noticed for a long time that he's too fat. Taking care of the world is not being taken care of at all. But Shakira is as worried about how to keep herself fit as she is at home. It is a bit difficult to keep housewives fit and healthy from home all day. Because a housewife has to look after almost everything from managing the kitchen to the house. Taking care of the family does not mean taking care of oneself or keeping oneself fit at all. The ways in which housewives stay fit and healthy are unknown to many.
