humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
Does the world need to change?
Before, I begin speaking about the world I want to just give us a brief moment to remember the lives taken without real justice, people of colour have been persecuted for many years, centuries even but for what reason? Why do people still believe there is a difference between us, when in actuality there isn't. We are all the same, we're humans and we all deserve the same respect, so how come it's lacking for people of colour, people of certain religions, people that identify themselves differently or those people who are homosexuals?

Why Do People Hate Each Other?
I thought about this question as somebody had asked me why we hate each other, and I had paused and tried to think of an answer but caught myself dumbfounded. It's like a koan used by a Zen master to his monks, and you couldn't grapple the answer. My mind went blank, and it made me quiet before I even formulated a response. It is easy to react to this question rather than someone asked you why do we love each other?

My Life-Changing Lyft Driver Experience
As a freelance photographer, I’m always looking for another side hustle to get me through the slow times, and I figured I’d give Lyft driving a shot. There was a 3-day stretch coming up that I was going to dedicate to my new endeavor. I got all my driver credentials set up, and I was ready to go.

A Boy Plumber
I was stationed at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey 1983 -1985, and lived in Adana, Turkey, and in 1984, this was my second apartment. It was on the 6th floor and my 4 yr old daughter lived with me. In order to have hot water, I had to hire a plumber because there was no hot water in any of these apartments in the six story building. A friend of mine, Turgut, a Turkish man, in his late twenties, who I had taught some English, translated for me. Turgut said if I wanted hot water, I had to pay for the new hot water pipes and all the hot water for everyone in the apartment building. Since it was so cheap, I agreed to it, even though I was kind of leery of how much I might be charged but they assured me it was very minimal and my first bill wouldn't be there for three or four months.

Sunflower energy
The sun flower always faces the sun for energy, if the sun is not shining out that day they face each other for energy. Is this the same for us? Do we need each other more than we think. Take a look around does it look like we are looking to each other like we should for energy. If we are we are absorbing energy from each other, the emotions, such as fear, anger and despair seem to be the theme lately . That is not the energy I want to absorb from you vice versa. There are separations every where I turn, it pains me because I cant see that beautiful smile of yours. They have taught us to be afraid they have taught us that we are insignificant they have lied to us they have stolen from us and killed, they have tried to dumb us down and distract us. I can empathize with many on being afraid, but I’m fed up I am going to live as if nothing is going on, no excessive hand washing, no mask, no more docs, no more politicians, no more news, no more bullshit, if I get it I get it if I die well it was just my time. If it is your time, it was your time, death comes weather you like it or not everyone acts as if that’s the worst thing that could happen. In my opinion and only mine, I feel this is way worse, living in fear, showing next generations to come to be afraid, and show them only this synthetic world where we no longer gain energy from each other. Not being able see you nor the beautiful light that shines inside when I look at your eyes and you smile, when I crack a joke. Living in fear brings your immune system down and makes you more susceptible to disease anyways. Can you imagine what love can do. Today I make a stand and refuse to acknowledge it as fearful thing I have done this with other things such as the disease scurvy, the common cold, and flu. I will meditate for love of my world, for I create everything I manifest and experience. I will not read, nor watch the news, and I will be happy, with high hopes that I can be just as contagious. The collective is not in a good place what ever power is out there that's trying to separate us will not succeed, will not keep us from being the greatest power this universe contains. It is made of what the collective that was brought forth to this world from the beginning and that’s love. Love each other, turn to each other, hug each other. Do not let fear separate us and push us apart let love unite us and help us grow and blossom like a big beautiful sunflower. Love shall prevail.

Almost a Bum
For obvious reasons, being homeless is looked down and frowned upon. What people don't realize is that the average homeless person you see on the streets is actually looking down on you, and is literally relying, expecting, and anticipating your pity, in order for them to live their chosen way of life. The serious homeless people go to shelters and locations where food is provided as well as assistance with a job to help them become a patron of society once again. The not so serious ones are seen everyday on the streets, panhandling and looking pitiful, so they could bank on your pity for them. I know this because for years I hung out with them, saw the glory and benefits of being homeless, and was on the verge of becoming one myself.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF AN AMERICAN TORY
Arthur came by the Mercedes when he was twenty-nine years old. The car was massive and already of a certain age. He had first heard of the splendid machine at some official function or another of the Turkish Consulate in Tampa. Honorary consul Willie Ferguson faced criminal charges over some phony business regarding the Hurlugolu Charitable Trust Fund. The unfortunate man had retained Arthur as his lawyer and offered him the vintage vehicle in exchange for his services. He also had squashed Arthur’s hat, which sat on a chair as the lawyer he must have been anxious to consult with was preparing to leave. The Turkish diplomat caught Arthur’s shoulder, making him turn slightly while he said, "So soon! Please stay a moment longer."

Black Lives Matter
I'm disappointed that in the year 2020 we are still needing to have this discussion. This isn't something that should be up for debate and to be honest, it isn't up for debate- get with the program or you'll be left behind on the wrong side of history.
