Why Our Interest In The Supernatural Prevails In The Face Of Its' Darkness?
Believe, or don't believe, that is usually the question around water coolers, between late-night colleagues, during pillow talk, or simply when our mind wanders. As small children, our parents and loved ones teach us not to believe in monsters or the "boogieman" and yet we find our paths drawn back to those horror stories. Once we are opened up to the realm of possibilities, then we will pretty much believe in anything. So, whether you may believe in the monsters and ghosts that others believe in, or you hide your head in doubt, there's a world of infinite possibilities out there. Some of those possibilities should, however, be left alone.

The Day I Saw The Ghost
"Srinidhi Ranganathan" is my name and I don't believe in ghosts. I was looking for a place to stop by during Christmas time. It was snowing heavily as I walked on the ice-covered street with a bag hanging on my shoulder. I suddenly saw a house that had a light glowing in the distance. Was it a haunted house? It looked like one, after all. I went near it and knocked on its door, but no one answered. I stood there with my heart beating loudly. I believed that no ghosts exist on earth and I may not find any. It was only like a boogeyman that we sometimes see in our dreams.

Ghosts
Chapter 1 I started having ghosts haunts from the time that I was a small child up until my early thirties and then one day, the haunts just stopped. What once plagued my existence is now just a dark distant memory. However, the scars still remain and even though it has been nearly eighteen years since I've had a haunting, I still jump when I hear a loud noise or get a chill down my spine when I hear the creaking of a door.

The Old Woman and the Burning Candle in the Window, part 2
Hello again friends, welcome to my second installment of this crazy tale. I've gone back to the house since the first part was written, and let me tell you, the amount of negative energy surrounding the place had me on edge the entire time. So, upon my arrival to the house, there was a gross smell, kind of like rotten meat mixed with mothballs. To me that only means one thing, a demonic presence, I took a short tour of the property to see if the smell was just in the garage or all around the house, and the smell was around the house but strongest in the garage, kitchen, master bedroom, and the greenhouse. The lady I had sit with, her daughter gave me a set of keys incase I wanted to get something from the house, like cookware or other bits and pieces of furniture they couldn't take with them when they moved, so I set out to take a look around.

The Roots of Negative Paranormal Activity
There are some very basic guidelines to keeping good energy in your house and bad energy out of your home. Let’s take a very surface level look at this on the paranormal side of things. When I tell people that I’m a paranormal investigator I’m often met with the phrase that I’m “just inviting bad things in.” In truth it’s very rare to encounter anything truly negative in a paranormal investigation. I have been a part of hundreds of paranormal investigations and I can count the times on one hand that I have actually encountered anything negative or evil. In my experience negative or evil activity has been directly related to occult rituals, black magic practitioners, and Spirit boards or Ouija boards. Most of the time the haunt is actually someone’s relative just stopping by for a visit.

Two true spooky stories
This isn't one of those based on a true story tales, not one of those passed down for year ones either. These were both told to me by various stories soon after they happened, one part happened to me as well so I know that bit to be true as well.

Horror Dreaming
I normally see strange dreams. Not sure what a psychologist can interpret from them... but they make my nights entertaining, and my days creative- cause unlike movies these dreams never reach a conclusion and get to think of so many ways it can end...

Infinity Wheel Chapter Two
“Chew slow” thought Weety as he clutched the turkey sandwich from Miss Miriam. It was good medicine. “You have to take good medicine slow”. That’s what the doctors told him a long time ago. Bad medicine was different. It hit fast and hard and there was no choice.
