John Fogerty at Radio City was one of the best concerts that I have ever been to. With his brother Tom, Doug Clifford and Stu Cook, John Fogerty formrd the formidable Creedence Clearwater Revival. In CCR, John was the lead gutarist, singer and principal songwriter. Between 1968 and 1972, CCR had nine top ten singles and eight gold albums. In 1993 they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

My Experiences with Fantasy in Story and Art
I Was Born to Read I think it was inevitable that I would fall into the worlds of fantasy. My mother’s idea of bedtime stories included the works of Poe and Coleridge. She was constantly reading to me herself, and enrolled me in the Dr. Seuss Book Club when I was very little. I started getting books from Scholastic as soon as it was introduced to me in elementary school. I looked forward to those little flyers and the annual Scholastic Book Fair.

What sets Shona and Fariah apart in Stefano Labbia's graphic novel?
Shona and Fariah are two female warriors who live in the same world but have different backgrounds and personalities. Shona is a woman warrior who was born in a rural city village called Puritia. Her family was massacred by bad soldiers of The Doom's Sword, leaving her with a desire for revenge. She was trained by a wise blind old man to the art of combat and later became a mercenary and an instrument of justice for the Seven Kindgoms, follows her heart and her spirit. Fariah, on the other hand, is a Princess of a City-State in the Seven Kingdoms. She lived her life in privilege, practicing unarmed combat and sword fighting just for fun until an assault watches her parents die.
