Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Review
After almost a full year of waiting and hoping for an opportunity to obtain a PS5, I was finally lucky enough to rip space-time a new one in the long-awaited latest instalment of the Ratchet & Clank series - Rift Apart. Five years since the last game (and twelve years since the last full-sized game), Insomniac Games had a lot of hype to live up to. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve knocked it out of the park. In my opinion, Rift Apart is not only the most visually stunning game there is at the moment, but is also extremely fun and engaging, and a worthy continuation of my favourite series. Jumping back into this universe, blasting foes with an arsenal of crazy guns and flying to new, weird and wonderful worlds made me feel like I was back in the early 2000’s, battling Dr. Nefarious on my old PS2 again.

Gaming Got Me Through Quarantine, Now It’s Helping Me Get Back To Normal (Here’s How). Top Story - September 2021. Created with: Humble Bundle.
I have been a gamer since the age of 6 when my two brothers introduced me to the Nintendo 64. At the time, I was absolutely mind blown that something like this even existed and I was immediately hooked. The first game I ever played was Goldeneye 007 which was revolutionary back then and is still talked about today! Although, looking back, I’m not entirely sure how we managed to use such oddly designed controllers… That being said, I always had lots of fun and started playing a variety of different games. I think Goldeneye firmly made first person shooters my favourite type though, as that is what I mainly enjoy today.

5 Reasons Why Gaming is Actually Good For You. Top Story - September 2021. Created with: Humble Bundle.
It all started when I was around 6 years old; when my siblings and I shared consoles from the family computer, or our first Gameboys. I remember what a big deal it was to get a new game and how much money they cost. The games I most vividly remember are: Command and Conquer, Total War, Mario, Donkey Kong and the biggest game of my childhood was Pokémon. To this day, at 27 years old, I am still a huge Pokémon fan! It was quite magical being a worry-free kid and having so much fun playing these games, and I think it’s important to relive that feeling when you’re an adult. There’s no denying that adulting, the single most unavoidable part of life, is accompanied by stress, expenses, and very limited time to do what you truly love. That’s why I believe that gaming should absolutely be a part of everyone's life — even if only once a week. In my experience, gaming has allowed me to unplug from the hustle and bustle of everyday life by pulling me into an exciting world of possibility. Whether I’m building cities in Skylines, racing in forgeign cars with Sonic the Hedgehog, or strategically extracting gold in Assassin’s Creed - the gaming world has had a host of positive influences in my life.

Is Microsoft Game Pass Worth The Cost?
In October 2020 whilst browsing through the game store on my Xbox One S I came across Game Pass. I had heard of it before but hadn’t looked into it in any detail but, on a whim, I decided to give it a try. On that first occasion, I downloaded ‘Forza Horizon 4’, ‘Ori and The Will of the Wisps’, and ‘Hell Blade: Senua’s Sacrifice’.

Augmented Reality Classroom Integration
As many of you, I was first introduced to AR in 2016 by the PokemonGo. After spending a summer traveling around Europe catching Pokemon, I began to reflect on the technology and wrote a blog post about it. Truth be told, AR hasn't been something I think about much since. Until now.

Rims Racing Review
There are many motorbike games to choose from if you love them. We've seen many new entries on the Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 since last year. RiMS Racing will be available on the last and current generation platforms by RaceWard Studio, BigBen, Nacon, and BigBen. I was able to test the PlayStation 5 version of RiMS Racing for this review. Do you think this is worth the effort or should you look for another ride?

WRC 10 Review
With their WRC franchise, Nacon Racing and KT Racing have made a name for themselves in rally racing over the years. WRC 9 impressed us last year with its improvements to WRC 8 and was also the first entry on the new consoles. WRC 10 is now available, which builds on the success of WRC 9. This is the next game that rally racing fans must have.

Omno Review
It is a fact that Omno is remarkable how a single-device can make such a feat. A successful. Kickstarter In 2018, Jonas Manke increased his efforts to bring you this amazing exploration game. This game is a great example of how indie games can make a difference to the medium. It's a wonderful experience that you shouldn't miss. Let's get started!

Trigger Witch Review
The Legend of Zelda is a new game from Eastasiasoft and Rainbite. This three-person team also made Reverie. Although the game is called Trigger Witch, it was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it. You might be intrigued by the idea of playing classic Zelda games with guns.
