How Universities Are Quietly Killing Black Student Life Without Saying DEI

What will be the result of students actually achieving?

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a choke hold which throttles the best minds on university campuses. It doesn’t say you’ve earned it based on merit alone but through hair texture, skin color, eye color, or other nonessentials.

What the idea could have done was to show that their ideas aligned with achievement not notions towards the undercutting of ability.

This is why private schools and universities are so important and should be brought into fruition. If a college wishes to implement DEI, it should be their prerogative. We today live in a world where government schools seek to hold onto the idea of DEI like it’s some kind of food, toxic, but provides just enough sustenance to keep going.

DEI is a vicious doctrine that only breeds envy and contempt. It shows that even if someone is not qualified for a grade or other standard, they nevertheless should be acknowledged despite their shortcomings. These limitations ought to only apply to the mind. Physical and mental impairments should not hinder anyone. Educational issues should only be on the table.

Universities are the beacons for ideas which affect all aspects of life. It is from within the ivory towers that ideas are passed down to the populace. Whatever DEI set out to do, it made a mess of the entire picture of achievement. By distorting the picture of what it means for driving minds to succeed, it has only hampered those minds and caused great stress. This strain is felt as people argue that although DEI isn’t pronounced black life at colleges and universities is being suppressed.

Once the outline is drawn against students who wish to excel, that is the day the monstrosity known as DEI will have won. But that day has not come and doesn’t have to occur either.

The power behind the mind is crippled under the overbearing weight of policies that denigrate and seek to destroy the capacity to think. If there is one case for the students to fight it is against DEI and other related policies.

It’s disgusting to even conceive such an idea but people are sometimes literally on the barricades, shrieking that the ugliness should be preserved. There is a sense of collectivism that runs like a line of some venom coming from a cup.

The sad part is they’re clamoring to sip from such a cup, under the illusion that they’re benefitting somehow from a neurotoxin. That’s what separates the real notion of being a student and a leech. A real student would look for ways to study and ensure that everyone has a fair start in organizations. Then, they would only invite the other pupils who have accomplished something and are worthy of engaging with a school sponsored group.

DEI doesn’t need to be a hindrance. It can be totally erased from the curricula and student groups altogether. It’s something that ought to be explored with vigor and discipline. That’s the power of the mind. That’s what it can do. Instead of lowering standards to placate the insufficient, universities and colleges should only champion causes based on gifted students and provide pathways for the others to seek to attain their own level of academic rigor.

It is a great way to show that the filth of DEI can be swept away and room for intelligent discourse and the application of reason should germinate. This spread of rationality will become the antidote to all that ails schools and the world at large.

In a matter of decades, there will be a revolution of the mind. All those who have an inkling of reason in their minds should apply.
