10 Artists That Should've Won Artist of the Decade
1. Selena Gomez was at least a better option than Taylor. (2010) Selena Gomez was my childhood idol. In 2010 she released her A Year Without Rain album. The album included our favorite hits: "A Year Without Rain," "Round & Round," and "Live Like There's No Tomorrow." In 2011 she released When the Sun Goes Down leaving us with her catchy song, "Love You Like a Love Song." In 2013 she released her album, Stars Dance. This album sent us into a repeating Gomez spiral with "Come & Get It" stuck in our head and "Slow Down" on replay. In 2014 she released For You. This album included all our previous favorites and introduced "The Heart Wants What it Wants" and "Naturally." Mid-decade she released her fire album, Revival. This album included fan favorites: "Good for You," "Kill'em with Kindness," "Hands to Myself," and "Same Old Love." In 2015 she also became the face of Pantene hair products. In August 2016 Selena cancelled half of her tour because of anxiety, panic attacks, and depression caused by her lupus. At the 2016 American Music Awards Selena received Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist. In 2017 she collabed with Kygo and created the single, "It Ain't Me." Not to mention she created her single, "Bad Liar," which turned out to be everyone's song of the summer in 2017. Following that she created Fetish with Gucci Mane and Wolves with Marshmello. In 2018 she made single, "Back to You." In the beginning of 2019 she created "I Can't Get Enough" with Benny Blanco, Tainy, and J Balvin. Throughout the rest of this year she released two sneak peaks from her upcoming album we will see January 10, 2020. She let us hear "Lose You to Love Me" and "Look At Her Now," which if her upcoming album is as good as these two songs, it's gonna be fire.

Dear Taylor Swift: We Stand by You
Before you start thinking I've cracked by saying that #TaylorSwift has had a tough year, hear me out. We have this illusion that wealth ensures you have no problems. There are many who seem to be under this somewhat misguided belief that if you're rich and popular, you have no right to complain.

Shakira: Once Only a Latino Act, She Is Now a True Staple of Globalization . Top Story - November 2019.
I first heard Shakira in 1995 while accompanying my mother as she ran some errands. Sitting in the backseat of the car, I took interest in a song which began to play on the radio. The musical style of the song was familiar; similar to the songstress aesthetic of the 90's crafted by artists such as Joan Osborne, Alanis Morissette, and Jewel. However, the voice was not familiar whatsoever. What was more surprising is that she was singing in Spanish.

Thanks to You, Louis, I Made It
I’m a 20-year-old, full-time student and elementary school teacher’s aide. I am both driven and hardworking, stubborn and hellbent, but there’s one adjective that I never thought I’d use to describe myself, and that is “struggling.” I’m not particularly a fan of the word. For the majority of my life, at least up until I decided to change it for myself, “struggling” meant that I was failing. It meant that I wasn’t doing what I needed to do to be the best version of myself. It wasn’t until a full breakdown finally drilled something in me that I needed to know all along—a struggle doesn’t mean failure; it’s an opportunity for undeniable growth.

Be Considerate of the 1D Stans in Your Life
Before you even ask, no, 1D stans are not okay right now. We’re melting, actually disintegrating. We’re on the struggle bus right now, that’s for sure, but it’s not for the wrong reasons. We’re drowning in all the new, unbelievable content that our five favorite human beings have been gracious enough to gift us. Between Zayn’s two new songs and once-in-a-lifetime selfie, Louis’s single, promo, and tour dates, Liam’s new songs and promo, Niall’s new song and promo, and Harry’s oddly active Twitter, confusing tweets, new single, and upcoming promo and tour dates, we’re emotionally overwhelmed by literally the idea of them existing right now. We’ll be okay (we think), but right now, a little understanding as to why we’re constantly on edge and stressed would be very much appreciated.

19 Times Harry and Louis Proved that They Were Literal Soulmates
1. Whatever exactly this was. I don't think any of us have a logical explanation as to what the hell Louis thinks he's doing wrapping his arms around Harry's chest like that. It's just plain rude, it what it is. We have eyes, Louis. We can't unsee this (and we don't want to).
