The dance begins,
A shuffling two step,
A lean forward,
A shy grin
"Hi"
A lean back,
a smile

The steps come slowly,
We learn them together,
but it always comes back
Again.

The music changes,
The melodies split,
Harmonious,
Complicated.
Finding the balance
And beauty in trust

Swaying together,

Squeezing hands,
A smile

And we come back to the beginning again.
