Ramadan Days
A time for fasting and to pray 🙏

Ramadan Days
The sun comes up, the fast begins,
No food or drink, no little sins.
A quiet day, a steady mind,
A time to pray, a time to find.
hours pass slow, hearts stay strong,
Each moment feels both short and long.
Then comes the night, the sky turns gold,
A date, some water, peace unfolds.
A simple meal, a whispered prayer,
A month of love and silent care.
when the night draws soft and deep,
Prayers rise like secrets we keep.
Hands are lifted, hearts speak clear,
Seeking mercy, far and near.
The soul finds peace in every word,
A silent hope, a voice that’s heard.

I've been writing poetry since the age of 10. With pen in hand, I wander the realms unseen. The pen holds power; ink reveals thoughts. A poet may speak truth or weave a tale. You decide. Let pen and ink capture you ❤️#Marie381UkWrites
