DOOMERANG

return

By Aaron MorrisonPublished about 2 hours ago 1 min read

You’ve changed

We’re supposed to

Yeah, but now you’re an asshole

Maybe always were

And you were stretching your wings

And I just didn’t see

The tadpole of spite

Turning into a belching frog of bitterness

Feeding nothing but your anger

Into the equation

No wonder your graph looks like shit

Look

I’m not saying just think happy thoughts

And it will all work out

Life’s more like a scatter plot

With a weak correlation

But I know what I’ll get

When it’s venom and spit

At least there’s a chance

Of positive end behavior

When I input the same

The reality is

Some investments fail

It’s all in how you deal

And if your diamonds turn to coal

At least you can fire up the grill
