Michael Schumacher, seven-time F1 world champion. The real state of the day
From his early teens, he was guided to automobiles by his father. He started out like most formula riders on go-karts. He is among the most successful drivers in F1, with seven world titles. It still holds many records.

Youth and the Start of a Career
He was born on January 3, 1969. His father put him in a go-kart at the age of four, as part of his reward for working on a go-kart track, he was given a membership for his son. When Michael was 12 years old, he wanted to start for the first time at the official German Championships. Riders over the age of 14 could take off here, but his father got him the necessary permits.
He won the German Junior Championship in 1984 and defended the title in 1985. The 1987 season ended his stint in go-karting with the German and European championshiptitles.
Junior formulas
In 1988, Schumacher began a new racing career in formula cars. He won nine out of 10 races in Formula Koenig and became German champion. In the same year he still made eight of the 12 grand prix german Formula Ford 1600 and placed 6th.
For 1989, Schumacher signed with the WTS team in the German Formula 3 Championship. Team owner Weber contracted him and was willing to support him financially. In 1990, he became German Formula 3 champion with six wins from 11 races. He also raced a Mercedes car in the World Sports Car Championship series, where he often failed to finish the race due to breakdowns, eventually finishing in 9th place. In the 24 Hours race, Le Mans took the fastest lap in 1991.
F1
Jordan
1991 began with Mercedes. Team Jordan offered him a spot in the car for the Belgian Grand Prix. Schumacher surprised everyone when he qualified in 7th place, but did not finish the race itself.
Benetton
He joined the Benetton team for the final five races of the season. Schumacher was able to beat team-mate, three-time world champion Nelson Piquet, in qualifying in yellow-green concrete with 19. He was also beaten in the race and finished in 5th place, earning his first two points in the drivers' cup. He won four points overall, finishing in 12th place in the championship, his best qualifying result being a fifth starting place in the Italian grand prix.
In 1992, he completed his first full season in F1. He started in fifth place in South Africa and finished the other three big prizes in Mexico, Brazil and Spain on the winners' podium, passing Ayrton Senna as well. A year after the belgian premiership, he celebrated his first F1 victory here.
The following season, Benetton reaffirmed that his cars were improving in every race. Schumacher won in Portugal, finishing in 4th place overall.
The 1994 F1 season brought a disjointed view of Schumacher. He won the first three grand prizes. The tragic San Marino Grand Prix in Imola followed, with Roland Ratzenberger dying in Saturday's qualifier. The following day, Schumacher's model, Ayrton Senna, died in the race. Schumacher considered leaving the world of auto racing for a while. However, in the Monaco Grand Prix, he took his first F1 pole position and turned it into a victory. He won in Belgium but was disqualified for unauthorised technique, the plate at the bottom of the car being thinner than the rules allow. The next two races must not start. He is coming under pressure at the end of the season and must fight for the points he has lost. He takes a one-point lead over Damon Hill into australia's last grand prix. The title fight ended in 35 rounds, when the two were involved in a collision and Schumacher became world champion.
Ferrari
He moved to Ferrari in 1996. The first season, though, was a bit disillusioned. He was no match for rival Williams and is battling Benetton, from whom he retired. He did not win until the seventh race. He claimed further triumphs in Belgium and Italy, otherwise with Schumacher relatively
The 1999 season was also well underway for the red team thanks to Eddie Irvine, who had as many points as Schumacher until the ill-fated British Grand Prix. Schumacher crashed here and suffered broken legs. Despite failing to start in the six big prizes, he managed to win 5th place in the championship.
The year 2000 started well for Schumacher, new team-mate Barrichello, a new car, and maximum support for the team. He won the first three grand prizes. He eventually had to face the rebirth of the McLaren team and, after crashes in Germany and Austria, lost the lead he regained by winning the last four races to become world champion for the third time. The defence of the title came out on top for the lead in the 2001 season and was no longer prepared. He won his fourth title by winning nine races. The 2002 season had a clear run from the start, winning eleven grand prizes and another title.
Winning a sixth title in 2003 was largely complicated by a change in the scoring system and, most importantly, a late opening for the new Ferrari. The new world champion was decided in the last grand prix. 2004 can be described as the year of absolute domination by Ferrari and Michael Schumacher, who won 13 major prizes to win a seventh world title. The following season was less than successful for Schumacher. He only won in the US, but only six pilots took off. He finished in third place in the championship. The last season in the major part of his career in 2006 went well. Although he did not win the world title, he managed to win in seven races and the championship was decided in the last race.
In 2009, the Ferrari team announced that Michael Schumacher would be returning to F1 on an interim basis to replace the injured Felipe Massa. On August 10, Schumacher informed the Ferrari president that he would not be returning to F1 because of persistent neck problems he had injured during february's motorcycle races. Ferrari then nominated their test driver Luka Badoer to replace the injured Felipe Massa.
Mercedes
For the second time, Schumacher's return to F1 took place. He signed with the Mercedes GP team in 2010. But the return was something of a disappointment. Schumacher was no longer in top form and was subject to team-mate Nico Rosberg. It was not until the end of the season that he began to show promise. He has scheduled his return for three seasons. Even in the second return season, Schumacher couldn't fulfill his ambitions, but his performances finally began to improve noticeably. He then performed very well in the second half of the year, taking full advantage of the car's capabilities, and seemed to return to the form he had before his temporary retirement. He succumbed to Rosberg again, but the difference was much smaller. He ended his renewed career the following year.
Skiing injuries
On December 29, 2013, he suffered serious head trauma while skiing in the Alps, despite suffering brain damage. The seven-time F1 champion was taken to a local hospital in Moutiers, but was transported by helicopter to Grenoble. Here he had two operations on his head, which ultimately saved his life.
He had been in an artificial sleep for months, and no one knew what would happen next. He eventually emerged from his coma in June 2014, but the effects of his injuries changed the lives of his entire family.
Schumacher's status today
The legendary rider's health is top secret and his family protects him. Still, some bits of information have gone public. The Schumacher documentary, which appeared a few years ago on Netflix, is a celebration of his professional and private life. It features his closest friend, his wife Corina "Michael is missed by everyone, but he's here. Other than that, but he's here."It is clear from these sentences that Michael as such is long gone. Or his son Mick "I think my dad and I would understand each other and we'd have a lot to talk about, I'd give up everything to have that." It must be indescribably hard for them to have their dad home and see him in that condition every day.
He reportedly communicates only with his eyes and does not speak. This was revealed by Elisabetta Gregoracio, ex-wife of ex-Formula One stable boss and entrepreneur Flavius Briatore. "Michael doesn't talk. It communicates only through the eyes."
