Weaponised Incompetence
For Paul and John's 47-Words Short Story Unofficial Challenge

Tonya's two-week-old daughter was dead. She screamed at her husband.
"WHY DID YOU PUT HER INTO THE WASHING MACHINE AND TURN IT ON?"
"She vomited and I wanted to clean her up. You complain that I don't help but when I do, this is what I get!"

Dang, that took a darkly humorous turn in a matter of seconds. Truly captures your title. Twisted, but not unfamiliar (the weaponized incompetence part :P). Nice!
Hahaha damn. Love the combo of horror and dark humor πππ€£ Weaponize incompetence is the perfect title for this :)
πΌOh my gosh! The queen of horror is back to get us. I don't need to say this was brilliant, but it truly was!
Holy sheesh, Dharr. That man is an idiot. Someone needs to put the likes of him in a blender! lol Great entry, Dharr. I'll be surprised if it doesn't make a TS.
Letβs get it pancakinβ started in heeeereee! π₯ππ I didnβt seem to get a notification of this piece.. I only happened to remember just now that you were posting something. That was nasty but quirky delivery. Thereβs something frightening about machines. I mean, people get caught in things all the time with workplace accidents etc. Iβve also have random daydreams in the past where Iβm caught in the washing machine. I wonder what Freud would say about that. π π€£
Yikes! Talk about passive-aggressive!
This is such a great micro horror. Loved it!

Do I laugh or cry? :/
You mean that's not the most efficient way to get the baby and the clothes clean? Good one, Sparkles!
Well, easy to say he failed parenting 101. Glad to see you join in, Dharr! π€©
You are truly the queen of horror, Dharrsheena! This is bone-chilling stuff!
Diabolical.
This is so chilling. I used to have nightmares about this kind of thing when I was little. Well done
A remarkably complete, coherent and chilling entry that neatly integrates your trademark, inky black humor!
Omg that's quite frightening. Also, great job on this challenge mate!
That takes the term weaponized incompetence to a deadly scale!!! Omg Dharshee I hope this never actually happens! Unfortunately you hear real life horror stories like this. Great work my friend
Yikes!! That would've been head-spinning indeed! A good one Dhar!
π«£ yikes!
This was disturbing at best, Dhar. I am with AJ, I will have nightmares about this. Nice take on this challenge however. Nicely Done!!!
I don't know why the song "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" came into my head.
Aaaah! A delightful take down of male stupidity! When our youngest grandson was a little tike, our daughter sent us a video of him playing in the washing machine (with the door open). The video stopped when he reached out of the machine to turn it on. He wanted to go for a spin! Thanks for participating!
