RHOBH S15 E16: Italy's final dinner implodes as Dorit and Erika's friendship cracks. Plus Rachel's Studio 54 birthday bash.

Summary:
- Dorit’s bombshell comment about being able to “end Kyle” resurfaces
- Erika finally reaches her breaking point
- Back in Beverly Hills, Rachel throws a Studio 54 birthday party
Episode 16 picked up exactly where Episode 15 left off: an explosive dinner table in Italy with Kyle, Erika, and Dorit circling each other. This was the most dialogue-dense, emotionally raw episode of Season 15, and while it did not always make for comfortable viewing, it was undeniably the most honest conversation this group has had in years. No one walked away clean.
The Italy Dinner Fallout: Boz’s Financial Comments About Dorit Exposed
The dinner picked up mid-confrontation, with Kyle revealing that Boz had told her Dorit was in a “looming financial crisis” and that Dorit’s name was tied to the debt on the cars and the house. A flashback of Boz and Kyle’s FaceTime conversation confirmed it. When Dorit called Boz out directly, Boz defended herself, saying her concern for Dorit was genuine and that she believed Kyle was also genuinely worried. Boz then apologized, which only seemed to annoy Kyle further.
Dorit pushed back on the framing throughout. She insisted that Kyle had been discussing her behavior, spending, and tardiness with multiple people rather than coming to her directly. Kyle’s response—that everyone was saying the same things—felt familiar: it is a pattern this season where Kyle presents group consensus that, on closer inspection, appears to have originated largely with Kyle herself. What the episode made clear is that Dorit has noticed this dynamic and is no longer willing to quietly absorb it.
Did Dorit Really Threaten to “End” Kyle? The Bombshell Comment Explained
The most jaw-dropping moment of the early dinner came when Sutton revealed that Dorit, during a lunch with Sutton and Rachel, had said she “could have ended Kyle” and that she had “protected Kyle for years.” A flashback confirmed it. Dorit denied understanding what Sutton was referring to, which strained credibility given the specificity of the comment.
Kyle, for her part, used the comment to reframe the entire argument—positioning herself as a loyal friend who had been quietly enduring resentment from Dorit for reasons she could not identify.
But we all know, the friction we see today has its roots in a seasons-old breach of trust: that moment Kyle sent Dorit a private message urging silence, only for Dorit to break their unspoken agreement and famously expose the exchange on camera. But I digress.
Kyle ultimately told Dorit that if she wanted to keep looking for the negative, she did not have to be her friend, and that she was done fighting. The table was genuinely stunned.
Erika Jayne Enters the Fight — And the Dinner Reaches Its Boiling Point
Once Kyle stepped back, Erika stepped forward—and her entrance changed the entire energy of the table. Erika told Dorit she seemed guarded and that it did not feel like Dorit believed Kyle actually cared about her. The comment felt measured at first. Then Dorit said that Boz had shown her more support in this group than everyone else combined, and Erika’s patience officially ran out.
What followed was one of the most electric moments of the season. Erika brought up the wait at the dinner table and challenged Dorit on the repeated lateness directly, without the softened framing Kyle had been using the whole trip. Dorit hit back hard, suggesting that Erika was not going through a difficult time herself. That landed badly. Erika’s husband went to prison. She is heading to trial. The room knew it. And Dorit admitting in her confessional that she only knew about Erika’s trial from tabloids—not from Erika herself—added genuine complexity to the moment. Both women have been operating in the same friendship group for years without truly letting the other in. Though I have to say, Erika has been there for Dorit, especially during “Puppy Gate,” which the producer showed footage of.
Dorit Walks Off Again: Is Her Friendship with Erika Over?
The exchange escalated until both women exchanged some of the sharpest words of the season. Dorit walked away from the table as she rounded the corner, muttering about preferring to be alone. Kathy went after her, which surprised most of the table, given that Kathy is Kyle’s sister. Dorit, however, was done.
Back at the table, a visibly emotional Erika reflected on how much she has invested in her friendship with both Kyle and Dorit, and how unexpected it felt to be on the receiving end of this. In her confessional, she admitted she did not know where she and Dorit stood. It was one of the few genuinely unguarded moments Erika has had on the show in recent seasons, and it landed.
The core issue running underneath all of it is that this group has survived for years on an unspoken agreement: nobody shares the real stuff, and nobody calls anyone out on it. Dorit broke that agreement by opening up about her divorce. Kyle and Erika, who have not opened up in kind, find themselves in an awkward position now that Dorit is holding everyone to a standard of authenticity they have not matched.
Back in Beverly Hills: Dorit’s Book Cover Shoot and Rachel’s Studio 54 Birthday Party
Four days after the Italy blowup, back in Beverly Hills, Dorit shot the cover of her book with Rachel and Boz showing up to support her. It was a noticeably warm dynamic, a contrast to the Italy footage that preceded it, and a reminder that Dorit has found a genuine support system in the newer additions to the cast. I am ready for Rachel Zoe to be HBIC of RHOBH.
Rachel then hosted a Studio 54 disco-themed birthday party, and the cast arrived in appropriately glittery form. The tension from Italy, however, followed everyone home. With the season building toward a finale, the party was the first moment when everyone had to be in the same room again after everything that went down at that dinner table, and the episode ended with that tension very much unresolved.
The Fox Force Five Is Officially Fractured
Episode 16 was the most substantive episode of RHOBH Season 15, and it worked precisely because it stopped pretending. The Italy dinner forced three women who have spent years carefully managing what they show on camera to finally say things they actually meant. It was messy, it was uncomfortable, and it was genuinely compelling television.
Dorit arrived at this season in a vulnerable place and has been more open than she has ever been on this show. Kyle and Erika, by contrast, have held their cards so close for so long that when Dorit pointed it out directly, neither of them had a clean answer. The group that once functioned as an impenetrable bloc is now clearly fractured, and heading into the finale and reunion, that fracture is the most interesting thing RHOBH has offered in years.
