My Fear of Fiction
Introduction I don't think I am very good at fiction and don't believe that I could ever write a book. To me, there is too much planning involved and my mind likes to run off in an uncontrolled manner where I reign it in if I get too wild. This is really about how I manage to write fiction despite being scared stiff every time I put pen to paper, or finger to keyboard.

A Ukrainian Flag On Castleberg Crag
The war in Ukraine is still going on, and I was heartened to see the Ukrainian Flag, Blue and Yellow Flying over Castleberg Crag. That thought was a self-writing Haiku and therefore a fourth entry from me to the Blue Haiku Challenge on Vocal. I also included the Pink Floyd song - Hey Hey Rise Up (feat. Andriy Khlyvnyuk of Boombox) which if you buy a copy donates to the cause.

On Friday I was in Edinburgh and I am interested in old buildings. My dad was a builder but I could never get the hang of building walls , my limits were hod carrying , block making , mixing concrete , digging holes and sweeping up. All necessary jobs but something that anyone can do.

Plagiarists Are The Serial Shoplifters of The Art Community
Introduction I am always worried that I will be called out for plagiarism. Sometimes I borrow quotes that have been borrowed and borrowed and borrowed, but I always try to credit sources if it is possible. The irony of this is that every time Vocal have knocked me back for plagiarism it is where I have credited the source.

I recently heard that a collection of Butterflies is called A Kaleidoscope of Butterflies.I sometimes think of myself as a butterfly, people love my writing, and me being on their radar but I am something that can never be touched.
